RULES

All Seelandtriathon competitions are applicable to the Swiss Triathlon Federation regulations.

All participants where responsible to be in a trained and healthy condition. They are obligated to apply the rules of competition of Swiss Triathlon (www.swisstriathlon.ch), to respect absolutely the traffic regulations and instructions of the referee and Volunteers.

On the bike track the normal swiss traffic rules are strictly to follow. Cars and other road users may cross or share the track of the competition. Important: Drive right – overtake left!

Helmets are mandatory

Insurance

Participants are responsible for having insurance. The organisation committee will not take responsibility in case of theft or accident.

Chronometry and Chip

The participants receive a chip with their starting number, which is to be worn around the ankle. The chip needs to be returned on completion of the race. Participants are liable in case of loss of the chip, and may be charged by the organisers.

Participant’s Prizes

Medium distance : participant’s prize + food voucher (can be traded after the race)

Other categories : participant’s prize

Entry Fee

There, under any circumstances no refund on entry fees in case of disqualification, incompletion, illness or other reasons for absence.
Datasport.ch offers an insurance for CHF 5.-.

Number of Participants

The number of participants is limited to 400 per category.
